My toddler and I love to create arts and crafts together.  It is a great way to spend time together in our busy days.  At times I even get to craft at separate times with my 2 older boys.  This allows us a little one on one time as well.  I have put together a fun list of arts and crafts ideas for toddlers from us, and other fun blogging moms.  Hope you and your tot can enjoy one or two of these ideas as well.
