I have been making this banana  bread for a few years and everyone loves it.  We gift a loaf often because it usually make 2 loafs.

What you need:

3 bananas, 2 eggs, 1/2 stick butter, 1tsp vanilla, 1 c sugar, and 1 1/2 c self rising flour(I love White Lilly flour).  We mixed it up today by adding a 1/2 c of oats to it and only adding 1 c flour.  It came out great.

How to make it:

Cream together butter, eggs, and sugar.  Then add the bananas and vanilla mixing well.  Last mix in the flour.  ( here is where you would put the oats in if using)  Bake @ 350 degrees for about 1 hr for the loafs or muffins about 25 mins.  Then cool and enjoy!!

Note: we used peacans in some of our muffins.  Many peopel have nut allergies so please do caution when serving nuts to others.  Always let people know if something contains nuts.
