Lemon Truffles

Ingredients
  • 10 sugar cookies
  • white chocolate or almond bark with a melt tray- this is my favorite one to buy because that tray makes melting it so easy.
  • cream cheese
  • canola oil or cooking spray
  • colored sugar - we made yellow
  • Young Living lemon essential oil
Instructions
  1. I left the cream cheese out to soften at room temperature. Once soft I added it to a bowl. The kids broke up 10 sugar cookies in a bowl. I added 3 drops of Young Living essential oil. Now let the kids mix it all up. Both of my older kids took turns mixing up the ingredients. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on parchment paper. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Before I took them out of the fridge I took my white chocolate and put 4 squares in the melting tray. I added a little canola oil to it and melted for 1 minute. Now we dipped the balls into the chocolate and placed them back on the tray. We took our yellow colored sugar and sprinkled on top. Now place back in fridge until hard.
