This week on Transportation Tuesday (brought to you by us and House Of Burke) we are all about TRAINS! We have a few train crazy kids over here. So this was a great theme. We had yet to try a train craft so I knew right away what we would focus on for this week’s post.
Transportation Tuesday- Train Craft
What we used:
paints, paper, and markers
What we did:
We made fingerprints on paper with multi colored paint and then let dry. I went back and drew on those prints and we had a train!
So simple yet so much fun. My son just loves his train. Even though I drew on it he was right there making sure I got the steam and rail ties the right color.
Mine and his fingerprint trains. I still have to do one with little brother. Will plan to come back and update when I get his done. Don’t forget to head over to House of Burke to see what train fun they had this week!
Since we didn’t get around to trying a new train activity I am sharing a fun train bath we did this year. I hope you and your kids can have some fun with these train ideas too.
