I have been making this banana bread for a few years and everyone loves it. We gift a loaf often because it usually make 2 loafs.
What you need: 3 bananas, 2 eggs, 1/2 stick butter, 1tsp vanilla, 1 c sugar, and 1 1/2 c self rising flour(I love White Lilly flour). We mixed it up today by adding a 1/2 c of oats to it and only adding 1 c flour. It came out great. How to make it: Cream together butter, eggs, and sugar. Then add the bananas and vanilla mixing well. Last mix in the flour. ( here is where you would put the oats in if using) Bake @ 350 degrees for about 1 hr for the loafs or muffins about 25 mins. Then cool and enjoy!!
We always have fun baking together and really enjoyed eating them.
Note: we used peacans in some of our muffins. Many peopel have nut allergies so please do caution when serving nuts to others. Always let people know if something contains nuts.
Please do come and visit us again. We would love to have you back.
All kids are different and only you can decide how you let your kids play. And with what materials you let them play with. My children are supervised when playing. Please keep this in mind with any post you read of mine!
