Felt Christmas Tree Number Match Up
Yay, it is busy bag or activity time. This month I have a fun Christmas inspired busy activity for the kids. The Christmas Felt Tree is easy to make and the number match up game is fun for the kids. Win win for everyone. I also love it can be used over and over again. So grab some felt and let’s find out how I made mine.
Felt Christmas Tree Number Match Up
Supplies/what I used:
- green felt
- yellow felt
- red felt
- blue felt
- white felt optional
- sharpie markers
- scissors
- pencil
- cork board optional
How to make a felt Christmas Tree:
Trace on green felt square a Christmas tree wit ha pencil. Then cut it out. I often get these felt squares at Walmart in the craft section for a few cents each. Now trace and cut out a yellow circle for the star of the tree. I cut out 2 lines of the yellow to add as lights or garland. Then I cut out 10 small circles, or ornaments, from the red felt. For decoration I traced and cut out 3 presents for under the tree. I used blue felt for presents. Now I grabbed my sharpie markers and wrote the number 1-10 on the Christmas tree. On the red ornaments I wrote 1-10 too.
Now we had a fun Christmas tree number match up number activity for the kids. Great busy activity for the kids when I need to do dishes…
