Flag Tape Obstacle Course

What to do when you have to stay inside due to bad weather?  We made a Flag Tape Obstacle Course to keep moving even though we could not get outside.  My kids kept busy going in and out of this maze.  It is easy to set up and a lot of fun for the kids.

What to do:

I took the flag tape and strung it through one of our hallways.  Having the rails was helpful but the tape works too.

Once the flag tape is woven back and forth now the fun can begin! My kids could not wait to come climb and crawl through this obstacle course.

They raced each other.  They discussed the colors of the tape. Quite cute for me to see them talking colors.  Since we are always going over the colors in our activities, they just do it themselves now it seems.

The Flag Tape Obstacle Course is easy to set up and perfect for those kids that need to keep moving when stuck indoors.  This was a  sanity saver for me during bad weather and we had to stay inside for a few days.  Maybe it can help you and the kids out too.
