Reindeer Footprint Art

Excited to be teaming up with Blayne  from House of Burke to bring you  Holiday Print Art this week.  We both will be sharing 5 print art ideas for you and your family or students.  We both just love print art because it is fun and a great keepsake.

To start our Christmas crafting we created Reindeer Footprint Art this year.   I love trying new print art with the kids each year.  This is the first of 5 we tried for 2014.  Fun for multiple ages to make and a great way for us to decorate our art wall for Christmas.

What we did:

I made footprints of each child.  I have a 2yr, 3yr, and 6yr.  I left the prints to dry and we came back to them the next night to decorate.

I decorated the 2yrs reindeer footprint.  This was to try out what we would use to create them.  My 3yr and 6yr decorated their own except the antlers that I drew on for them.

Add google eyes and button nose.  Last use a brown sharpie to draw antlers.  Now we have 3 cute reindeer footprints hanging on our art wall.
