Vanilla Wafers with Bananas & Peanut Butter
The kids and I love making new yummy snacks. These vanilla wafers with bananas and peanut butter are so good. The kids loved helping make them. We all loved eating them even more. We look forward to spending more time in the kitchen making this snack or treat together. Finding simple ways to have fun with my kids is important to me. Even if we are just making a snack it can be a fun time together. Hope these simple things become big memories for them one day. You can find more food recipes here we have enjoyed.
Vanilla Wafers with Bananas & Peanut Butter
What you need:
bananas
wafer cookies
peanut butter
colorful sprinkles- you can use any kind of sprinkle you like.
How to make Vanilla Wafers with Bananas & Peanut Butter:
To start, take and cut the banana into thin pieces, then add peanut butter to each side of the cookie. My son loved help spread out the peanut butter. Place the banana in the middle and close. A little peanut butter will be coming out of the sides. Use a butter knife to spread out. Add more if needed. Have sprinkles in a plate. Take the banana cookie sandwich and roll the edges in the sprinkles.
Now we had a fun and yummy snack to enjoy together. The bright rainbow sprinkles make them so much fun!
This snack is fun at home and could be a great snack for a class party or family gathering. We look forward to getting in the kitchen more to make fun snacks together.
