Marvel Super Hero Mashers {with fine motor skills printable}

Thanks to Hasbro’s Marvel Super Hero Mashers and  Mom It Forward Blogger Network (that I am a part of) for making this post possible!  All opinions  are 100% mine.

When I was asked to review  Marvel Super Heroes Mashers I said yes.  My boys are all about the super heroes lately.  It also just happened that one of my boys was asking for them at the store the weekend before.  I had told him that we would wait and I am glad we did. When the box came in the mail the boys could not wait to open it (we received the toys for free and a small compensation in exchange for giving our honest opinion of the toys with you).

Now the real fun could start, having my oldest 5 yr create his own super hero.  We opened the packages.  It was a little hard for him to get the heroes out on  his own so I helped him with that.

Once Spiderman and Iron Man were out of the packages he could put his imagination to work mashing up a new hero! I could not wait to see what he came up with.  These toys even provide a little fine motor skills and hand eye coordination during the hero building .

Mashing them up.

His final creation (#MyMashUp) was IRON SPIDER

 The name was fitting for both creations.  Both had a mix of Spiderman and Iron Man parts.  The super hero above was his favorite.

The toys are of good quality and fun for the kids. The great thing is that the more figures you have, the more combinations that are available to your kids. The combinations are really quite numerous. Now my son can change and mash them up as much as he wants when playing with them. Each time he plays with the toys he comes away with a unique and individual creation that is all his. They really are a fun product in many ways for kids, especially boys like mine.

To add a little extra fine motor skills practice I created a Spider Web Scissor Skills Printable.  It can also be used as a Trace the Lines Sheet.

I have a few additional play ideas in mind so keep an eye out for those to come in the future.  I hope you and your kids can enjoy these Marvel Super Hero Mashers  as much as we did.
