Red Light Green Light Soccer Drill
In all of our kids, there is a l’il scientist, a l’il explorer, and a l’il soccer player… That’s why there is L’il Critters™, the #1 kids gummy vitamin brand. L’il Critters™ gives kids essential nutrients they need to go on to do big things. It’s the gummy vitamin brand kids love and parents trust. My kids have big dreams for playing soccer when they grow up. I love supporting their dreams by getting out in the yard with them and doing soccer drills. Soccer drills?! That might sound boring but we have so much fun with them. It is like playtime to us. My kids want to learn healthy habits to be able to play soccer for a long time to come. Making sure we take our L’il Critters™ Gummy Vites™ is one healthy habit we are learning. So each day before we play, and usually after lunch, the kids take their Gummy Vites™. Then we head outside to play one of our favorite soccer drills, Red Light Green Light.

Red Light Green Light Soccer Drill
A few things I like about L’il Critters™: They have been infusing fun into children’s nutrition with its line of delicious kid’s gummy vitamins and supplements since 1998. Treat your children to a tasty vitamin that contains essential nutrients without any chalky aftertaste or hard-to-swallow pills. My kids love the taste and that is a big deal for us because they can be picky sometimes. L’il Critters™ Gummy Vites™ are gluten-free, and are made with natural fruit flavors and colors derived from fruits, vegetables and plants. L’il Critters™ Gummy Vites™ have no high fructose corn syrup and no synthetic (FD&C) dyes.
Red light green light soccer drill how to:
To start, grab your cones and soccer ball. Place the cones spaced out in a line so each player has a starting point. Have the kids stand in their spot with their ball before you start. The coach or parent will stand about 12 feet away from them. For me it is the parent, so I turn with my back facing my kids and call out green light. My children start dribbling the soccer ball down the “field”. I say red light and turn around. The kids are to stop the ball and not move. If I turn around and the kids are still moving, they have to go back to the starting point. This soccer drill helps them practice ball control and stopping the soccer ball. Even if your dream is not to be a soccer player this activity is great for working on gross motor skills and having fun.
For extra fun one day we made “You are #1” medal crafts before we went out to play. Supplies: Free printable You are #1 medals star stickers or gift wrapping ribbon or other ribbon, scissors, hole punch and tape.
How to make the medal craft with kids: To start, I print out the medals. I used yellow and white paper. You can use any color paper you prefer. Next I cut out the medals. Older kids can help with this part if you want. We added a hole punch on the top for the ribbon later. The kids can decorate their medals with star stickers. You can add different stickers or let them write their names on them… Once the medals are decorated, add the ribbon. I cut the ribbon long enough to pull over their heads. I threaded the ribbon through the hole we punched in the beginning. I taped the ends of the ribbon behind the medal so you could not see them.
Now the kids have fun medals to put on after we got through with soccer drills outside.
Supporting my kid’s desire of being healthy is easy with L’il Critters™. Getting out in the yard and practicing fun drills like Red Light Green Light is a great way to support their dreams of playing soccer. No matter what their dreams may be tomorrow I hope they always continue healthy habits with vitamins and exercise. Did you know: L’il Critters™, the #1 kids gummy vitamin brand is a fun and delicious way to support your kid’s healthy habits. Did you know to meet the recommended daily intake of fruits & vegetables, moderately active girls and boys would need to eat 1.5 cups of fruit and 2-3 cups of vegetables a day?* As a mom, it is important to me to make sure my kids are eating healthy. But sometimes a busy on-the-go lifestyle or having a child who is a picky eater makes it difficult to ensure he/she/they has (have) received adequate nutrition. L’il Critters™ gummy vitamins help establish healthy habits, provide essential nutrients, are great tasting, and are made with natural fruit flavors and colors derived from fruits, vegetables and plants. L’il Critters™ gummy vitamins are available at club, mass, drug and grocery stores nationwide including: Costco, Walmart, Target and Walgreens.

I do not see an actual sweepstakes prompt anywhere on your post, so I will just comment on the post itself. I hope this is OK! I don’t have kids of my own but I love the fact that there are so many gummy vitamins out there for kids now. When I was a kid, I loved gummy candy and much would have preferred a gummy vitamin to the chalky ones I got! hahahahaha
